We are the obvious destination for those of you who want to partake in the best dining experience in Gästrikland. With us, you can enjoy food that is prepared from scratch, with locally produced and organic ingredients. We only offer Swedish meat and local meat from KRAV-certified Vinnersjö Angus - to guarantee you the best taste and quality.
The food is served in a historic and welcoming working environment, where history meets the present. During the summer, you can enjoy our delicacies at our cozy outdoor dining area. Welcome to Gysinge Wärdshus & Hotel - a unique gem by the Lower Dalälven in Gästrikland. We are proud to run this historic facility, which once belonged to Gästrikland's largest ironworks. With our long experience in the service industry, we have created a unique and familiar experience for our guests.
For us, sustainability is high on the agenda. We use local suppliers and raw materials as much as possible. Our focus is to reduce our climate impact and at the same time offer our guests the highest quality food. The interior of the entire facility is permeated by a mixture of old and new that must be experienced.
